Nordic Precision Medicine Forum encourages smart-thinking, innovation and collaboration.

The second annual Nordic Precision Medicine Forum took place in Copenhagen over two days in March, bringing together an array of stakeholders from the precision medicine sector.

Representatives from academia, industry, healthcare, government and patient groups all came together to share ideas, knowledge and findings from their respective fields.

Delegates saw presentations and panel debates from key figures including; Aaarno Palotie from The Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM), Olli Kallioniemi, Director at SciLifeLab and Mette Nordhal Svendsen, Professor of Medical Anthropology and Director of the Master of Public Health Programme at the University of Copenhagen among others.

Broadcaster and journalist Vivienne Parry OBE who chaired the conference said "the Nordic countries are a shining beacon of light when it comes to collaboration in precision medicine.” Following the event, it seems that the light is shining as bright as ever.

We look forward to seeing you next year.
